WORKING BEES
     
 

 
WORKING BEES ARE USUALLY HELD THE DAY PRIOR TO AN EVENT.

THEY ARE AN ESSENTIAL ASPECT OF
THE CLUB'S PERFORMANCE
AND EVERYONE'S RIDING ENJOYMENT.

The next working bee is on Saturday
17th July.


This is the day prior to Round 3 MX.

The Grounds,Track, Club Rooms and the
Canteen need to be prepared for this important day on the Calendar.
 

 


A MESSAGE FROM THE TRACK MANAGER!
 
Hi all,
Season 2010 is here and there is still lots to do before our third Club race day of the year on 18th July, and as with all events, the day before is a Working Bee. The following list outlines the type of work that needs to be completed.
1. Mow, weed and whipper-snip pit and parking area
2. Clean out gutters and roofs
3. Clean toilets and showers
4. Clean canteen and fireplace area
5. Tyres on all 3 tracks need to be repositioned
6. Water system on Senior track needs attention
7. Clean out starting gates on Senior and Junior tracks
8. Work on Junior shutes

 
As you can see there is heaps to do.
The date is Saturday 17th July. 9.00 am till ? followed
by a BBQ lunch and a few quiet drinks. If you have a mower, whipper snipper, shovel, rake etc or any tool or machine that you think might be helpful, please
bring it along. The club will supply all fuel oil.

So remember 17th July. 9.00 a.m.
